Our Growing Community: The Winter Edition
Recapping the Event That Redefined Our Community.
Fort Lauderdale in February wasn’t just a getaway, it was a powerhouse of clinical synergy. While the rest of the medical world was escaping the cold, we were in the Stranahan Room at the Hyatt Centric igniting something much more significant: the kind of high-level collaboration that only happens when the right practitioners are in the same room, asking the hardest questions in medicine.
This year’s Winter Edition of The Stem Cell Conference was a defining milestone for The MARK Society. We carried forward Dr. Mark Berman’s legacy with a renewed energy: creating a sophisticated space for honest debate, hands-on mastery, and the late-night insights that actually change the trajectory of patient care.

Day 1 : Hands-On Mastery
We started with our hands, not our slides.
We skipped the “death by PowerPoint” opening and headed straight to the Stranahan Room with one goal: building clinical confidence through elite repetition. This wasn’t just a demonstration; it was a high-intensity training ground designed to ensure every attendee could implement these skills in their practice the moment they returned to the office.
Fat Extraction Blitz: Led by Jim Brady, MD. No fluff, just pure technique.
Shockwave Surge: Jack Kripsak, DO, brought the intensity, showing how to maximize patient outcomes.
Ultrasound Huddle: Sunny Kim, MD, and Scott Stanwyck, MD, proved that mastery isn’t a destination—even the best operators are still refining their approach.
The Backbone of our Community
- By the time we transitioned to the Welcome Reception, the energy in the room had shifted from focus to fire. This is where the integration happens: first-timers swapping case strategies with seasoned veterans and digital connections solidifying into real-world partnerships over cocktails. We didn't just leave the Stranahan Room with new skills; we left with a secondary "board of directors" to call on when we get back to the office. The real work had only just begun.

Day 2 pushed the boundaries of the “standard of care,” exploring the future of regenerative science:

We closed out our time in Florida by focusing on the “Neuro Regen Rush” and the role of the Klotho gene in longevity. But the defining moment was The Stem Cell Confeference Group Panel Case Review.
No spin. No sales pitch. Just honest practitioners dissecting cases that went “sideways” and crowd-sourcing solutions in real time. We aren’t here to protect our egos; we’re here to get better for the patients who trust us with their care.
