Dr. Luis Martínez, MD is a recognized leader in regenerative medicine, cellular therapies, and age-management science. He serves as President of XanoGene Clinic in Rio Piedras, Puerto Rico, guiding one of the region’s premier centers for advanced regenerative treatments. In addition, he leads Regenera Global, a multinational biotechnology company focused on product development, clinical research, and consulting. As a co-founder of the Clinical Peptide Society, Dr. Martínez is at the forefront of peptide-based therapeutics, fostering education and innovation in regenerative and biological medicine.
Dr. Martínez earned his medical degree from The Ponce School of Medicine and completed his residency at the University of Pennsylvania. He further enhanced his expertise through advanced training in Stem Cells and Cancer at the Ponce Health Sciences University/Magee Research Institute consortium. Board-certified in Clinical Lipidology, he also holds a Master of Public Health with a focus on Epidemiology and has fellowship training in Biosecurity.
Throughout his career, Dr. Martínez has been instrumental in establishing regenerative medicine clinics and laboratories across Latin America, supporting the development of state-of-the-art treatment and research facilities.
