Kevin Tadych

M.D

Kevin Tadych, MD is a board-certified orthopedic surgeon specializing in sports medicine and reconstructive surgery. His journey into medicine began with a degree in molecular biology from the University of Wisconsin–Madison, followed by earning his M.D. from the University of Wisconsin–Milwaukee. He completed his orthopedic surgery residency at the Medical College of Wisconsin.

Dr. Tadych spent 27 years in private practice, focusing on reconstructive surgery, sports medicine, and trauma. In 2014, he transitioned into the field of regenerative medicine, co-founding Transformed Therapeutics alongside Dr. Scott Stanwyck. Together, the two orthopedic surgeons bring over 60 years of combined diagnostic and surgical experience, with a shared mission to replace invasive orthopedic procedures with cutting-edge regenerative therapies.

Beyond medicine, Dr. Tadych is passionate about restoring his 1894 family farm using traditional timber framing techniques. He harvests and mills the timber himself directly from the property. A devoted family man, he has been married to his wife Lisa for over 40 years and now enjoys teaching his grandchildren how to operate heavy equipment on the farm. He is also an accomplished musician and avid outdoorsman.
