Douglas Beall

M.D

Dr. Douglas P. Beall is a board-certified diagnostic radiologist and a leading authority in interventional musculoskeletal radiology and pain management. He earned his medical degree from Georgetown University School of Medicine and completed his diagnostic radiology residency at The Johns Hopkins Hospital. Dr. Beall further specialized in musculoskeletal radiology through a fellowship at the Mayo Clinic, where he trained in advanced interventional spine procedures. He has served as Division Chief of Musculoskeletal Radiology in the U.S. Air Force and later joined the University of Oklahoma as Chief of Musculoskeletal Radiology and Fellowship Director. He currently practices at Comprehensive Specialty Care in Edmond, Oklahoma, where he focuses on interventional pain management, orthopedic imaging, and minimally invasive spine treatments, including intradiscal injections and TenJet tenotomy.

In addition to his clinical work, Dr. Beall is a dedicated educator and researcher. He has authored more than 250 peer-reviewed publications, contributed to multiple textbooks and book chapters, and delivered over 1,000 invited lectures. He has participated in dozens of clinical research trials and serves in leadership roles at the Spine Fracture Institute and the Comprehensive Care Surgical Center. Board-certified by the World Institute of Pain, and a Diplomate of the American Academy of Pain Management, Dr. Beall continues to advance the field of interventional spine care while training the next generation of specialists through his fellowship programs.
