Dayan Goodenowe

Ph.D

Dr. Dayan Goodenowe, PhD is a neuroscientist, biochemist, synthetic organic chemist, inventor, and clinical research expert. He is the founder and CEO of Prodrome Sciences, a company dedicated to advancing health through innovative research and therapies.

In 1999, Dr. Goodenowe invented and patented a revolutionary ion cyclotron resonance mass spectrometry technology, enabling comprehensive monitoring of human biochemistry for the first time. This breakthrough led to the discovery of plasmalogens—lipid molecules essential for cellular health and function.

Dr. Goodenowe’s research has demonstrated that plasmalogens are critical for maintaining the integrity of cell membranes, particularly in the brain and heart. He has developed plasmalogen restoration therapies, which have shown promise in treating conditions such as Alzheimer’s disease, autism, and other neurodegenerative disorders.

Through his work, Dr. Goodenowe has established a strong foundation for understanding the biochemical underpinnings of various diseases and has pioneered approaches to restore health at the cellular level.
