Dr. Susan Nasab is a highly accomplished specialist in reproductive endocrinology and infertility, widely regarded as a visionary in the integration of technology and women’s health. After earning her medical degree from the Iran University of Medical Sciences, she completed a residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology at the University of Texas Health Science Center and a prestigious fellowship at Johns Hopkins University. In the context of regenerative and reproductive medicine, she focuses on “preserving” and “restoring” biological potential through advanced techniques in oncofertility, egg freezing, and robotic surgery. Currently, she serves as a key physician at the Reproductive Fertility Center in California and holds an academic role as a Clinical Assistant Professor at UC Riverside.
In my own words, Dr. Nasab is the person patients turn to when they want to bridge the gap between traditional medicine and the “digital-first” future of fertility. She has carved out a niche as a global advocate for oncofertility—helping cancer patients protect their ability to have children before undergoing harsh treatments—and is a pioneer in using telehealth to make specialized care more accessible. Her work isn’t just about the science of reproduction; it’s about using cutting-edge tools, like Da Vinci robotic surgery, to perform intricate repairs that allow the body to function as it should. She is often described as a “physician champion” who prioritizes the emotional journey of building a family just as much as the technical success of the procedures.
