Dr. Robert W. Alexander, MD, DMD, FICS is a distinguished plastic and reconstructive surgeon based in Montana, recognized internationally for his expertise in biocellular regenerative medicine. He has spent over five decades advancing the clinical application of adipose-derived stem cells and high-density platelet concentrates, offering innovative treatments in aesthetic surgery, chronic wound care, orthopedic medicine, and reconstructive procedures.
