Dr. Robert W. Alexander, MD, DMD, FICS is a distinguished plastic and reconstructive surgeon based in Montana, recognized internationally for his expertise in biocellular regenerative medicine. He has spent over five decades advancing the clinical application of adipose-derived stem cells and high-density platelet concentrates, offering innovative treatments in aesthetic surgery, chronic wound care, orthopedic medicine, and reconstructive procedures.
Dr. Alexander earned his medical degrees from the University of Florida College of Medicine and St. Louis University School of Medicine and Dentistry, graduating with high honors.
